Savana's Boston Terriers Health Guarantee: ( If Guarantee is not signed and returned Guarantee will be Voided )
Registration and Ownership Transfer: Upon payment in full as set forth above, Seller, shall promptly take all legal
actions necessary to officially transfer ownership and registration, if applicable, of the Boston Terrier to (Buyer).
Seller Representations: Seller warrants to (Buyer) that Seller is the legal and true owner of the Boston Terrier and that
Seller has the unqualified right to sell the Boston .
At the time of sale, this puppy is considered to be**PET QUALITY**. Seller offers no guarantee that this puppy does not
have disqualifying faults now or will not arise at a later date which would make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring or
for breeding purposes.
A $100 or $200 (non-refundable) deposit will be required to hold (Buyer's) Boston Terrier. If you decide you do not want
the Boston Terrier you will lose your deposit. And the Seller will find a new owner for the Boston Terrier. The remainder
amount owed on the Boston Terrier will be paid at Pick Up (6 weeks of age) or if shipped (6 weeks of age).Shipping cost
is $275. Your $275 includes: Shipping/Handling, Health Certificate, Crate, Insurance on the Boston Terrier while in flight,
Registration, Puppy Packet, and any other Documents that need to be mailed off. Puppy must be 8 weeks to ship.
Shipping is through Continental Airlines.
Warranties: The Boston Terrier is in good health and free of communicable disease at the time of this sale. (Buyer) has
48 hours from the purchase and/or delivery date to have to Boston Terrier examined by a Licensed Veterinarian (buyer
will pay all veterinarian fees). If not taken to (Buyers) veterinarian of choice within the 48 hours warranty will be nullified.
If the Boston Terrier fails the examination, the (Buyer), with two written statements from two veterinarians ( Veterinarians
may not be from the same hospital.), may return the Boston Terrier to Seller for a full refund. To return the Boston
Terrier puppy for a full refund it must be Life Threathing.. (If it is a Holiday Buyer has a extra 24 hours.) If something is
found (Buyer) must pay for the puppy to be shipped back to Seller. With registrations and all paperwork. (Within a week
).
This warranty is intended to consider serious genetic defects that are unforeseeable at this time. This warranty does not
provide for accidental death or dismemberment of this puppy. This warranty does not cover minor conditions common to
the breed: etropian, cherry eye, entropies, loose patella, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (pinched nostrils).
Seller makes no guarantees regarding for allergies, internal parasites, demo deictic mange or dermatitis due to the fact
that these ailments can be environment induced.
The Boston Terrier Puppy will be examined by a Licensed Veterinarian before leaving. And given the proper
Vaccinations and Worming before leaving my care. Worms, coccidia, giardia or fleas are not a reason to return a puppy.
Puppies are de wormed and I do everything I can to prevent parasites. There is never a guarantee they wouldn't have
them.
Seller further guarantees this puppy for ( 1 Year ) from the date of birth against Life Threatening Congenital Defects
Meaning Puppy Will Die Because Of This Defect. If within that time a life threatening congenital defect is found, Seller
will replace this puppy with another Boston Terrier Puppy, quality and sex. No Money Will Be Refunded. Also puppy must
have all needed Vaccinations by Licensed Veterinarian, Heart worm Prevention.In the unlikely event of this puppy's
death in the ( 1 Year ) , from the date of birth due to a Life Threathing Congenital Defects, a statement from a
veterinarian confirming such an event and an autopsy is required. *Under no circumstances will Seller be responsible for
veterinary or medical bills incurred. Autopsy must be paided by the (Buyer).
